I'm not a fan of the Legend of Zelda games. No, sir. Not at all. I tried to play it once but it frustrated me and dropped it. Therefore, I don't understand the appeal of the Link character. Must be the nose. Large noses are unattractive to me and Link's official art has him with a large nose.

Even worse is Link's design in Windwaker. The eyes freak me out. And it just happens that it's the Windwaker Link that my brother asked me to make. It was bad enough staring at those eyes while I studied the design to figure out the best way to make him... painting them was just as creepy. At least I was able to get those done quickly.

Bald Link is creepy.

I was looking forward to having at least 24 hours to myself this weekend. But that was not to be since yesterday I had to go to the bank in the morning, then off to my dad's for his birthday lunch, at the worst possible hour to drive to Santa Tecla, traffic worsened by the end of campaing rallies. And today I had to go to my Aunt's because she bought and iPod and needed help with it, taking me most of the morning, and then my brother told us to meet at Uncle Yang's (a normally cozy Taiwanese restaurant), where I had to endure small talk and company.

This week at work was so stressful, I haven't had much rest on the weekends, my introvert self was (and still is) screaming for 12 hours or more of complete isolation... I almost picked up a fight with my mom just to have an excuse to come back home. Even when I managed to get back home to be by myself, I got calls from mom and brother. Shesh...

And then they wonder why I get moody at times...

Anyways, I did manage to do a lot of Link, as you can see in the above pictures. I'll finish him next saturday.

And since there still isn't a nice full body shot of Junas, next up will be my favorite comic book character (oh yeah, Blackie has also read American comics, even though she has lost track of titles). DC's power-hungry, egoistical, megalomaniac, former leader of an intergalactic police (he retired after his son went out of control), capable of sacrificing a whole planet for the good of the many, Vril Dox II. Considering that he only wears a black body suit with white gloves and boots , he's green-skinned and blond, he'll probably be the easiest to do.

I also want to do Megan from Shutterbox. Victorian dress and all. I need to get lace ^_^. But before Megan... a Beatle! Simeon's! You have to tell me which Beatle! (Though I admit I want to try to do him with Yellow Submarine clothes...).

I've become addicted to this plushies thingy, haven't I?

In other news, Shiner is becoming more and more awesome in Psyren. An Oboro vs. Shiner fight might turn out interesting, if Asaga and Amamiya don't interefere. Vol 5 has Kabuto making a rather scary face.

Meanwhile, in Reborn, Gokudera and Bianchi still haven't talked what they were going to talk about. And now with racer bikes entering the picture, the chances of that chat are even more slim. Unless there's a flashback during the fight with the Funeral Wreaths.

I should turn in early... Daylight Savings has started, so we have to log in an hour earlier. I don't feel rested at all....
