The whole reason I'm taking so long with the Vril plushie is his hair. His blasted close-cropped hair is giving me more headaches than I though. Making hair with bangs falling over the forehead is easier.

And it's cloudy, which makes it hard to work because of the light thing. I could work in another room, but there's the fact that I have everything here and I don't fancy carrying everything around.

And now it's raining. I like rain. Yesterday's rain had hail mixed in it.

Finally watched the ending to Gundam 00. What do you know? Setsuna DID become the Heart of Outer Space, And Patrick not only survived, but got to marry Cathy. Soma/Marie also survived, otherwise we would have had a berserk Alle/Halle running wild in the battlefield. All in all, it was a great ride.

Gundam 00F has apparently ended as well (vol 4 will be out on June), with Fon, Hixar and Hanayo missing, and the rest of the Fereshte crew becoming part of the Ptolemaios (the scan of Eco's face while getting instructed by Lasse is so much fun XD).

And it seems there will be a new Gundam 00 sidestory drawn by Tokita. A prelude to the movie perhaps? More Fon goodness?

And the Bandai release of Gundam 00 got delayed again to July!!! Not nice at all.

On the R4 side of things, my Saint Seiya dvds still haven't come. The guys at MixUp made a whole new order for them.

I did get Texhnolize 4 (actually, I got it a couple of weeks ago). I had wondered why volumes 1-3 had a price tag of $149.00 (mexican pesos) on MixUp's website, while volume 4's tag was at $99.00.

The answer is...

Talk about inconsistent packaging. The first three volumes had jewel cases, while the fourth is in a regular clear, keepcase. Of course, since the inserts were intended to go in a jewel case, they don't properly fit the keepcase.

I hope that Shana 4, whenever it comes out (why can't these guys have a set release schedule?) doesn't have similar problems. I haven't seen empty dvd jewel cases for sale.

But then again, Shana 3 has the $99.00 tag in MixUp's site and it came in a jewel case.

Meh. I'd forgotten this computer had a dvd drive. I can watch Texhnolize and Shana with their correct aspect ratio. Yay!

Tomorrow will be Memorial Day. We won't be taking any calls. We shouldn't even be going, actually, but we will have to. We'll have some training refreshers. Doesn't bother me at all, since we'll spend it inside a nice air conditioned building.

For some reason, I can't bring myself to watch the new Fullmetal Alchemist series. I did watch the first episode, but I felt it lacked something to make me keep watching. I'm instead happily enjoying a low quality, tv rip, latinamerican dub of Hell Teacher Nube. Go figure.

And I'm getting bored of that Yahoo!Fiori on the right...
